Technical explanation
1、The position of the electric source slide wire shall be determined by the practical situation of the plant, which shall ensure the safety and facilitate the installation and inspection.
2、Final surface treatment: after the completion of the assembly of the equipments in the manufacturing plants, the whole body shall be treated with paint spraying and the details are as follows:
�。�1）A layer of primer is sprayed on the total surface of the equipment.
�。�2）Saffron paint shall be sprayed on the spiral rotation part and the baluster of the cart.
�。�3）Apply green and saffron yellow shall be sprayed on the cart steel construction support (including platform, rise mechanism, sliding guide, operation room, door leg and earth beam).
�。�4）The cart running wheel will not be processed and the surface maintains the black color.
3、The cart conduct adopts the safe sliding line and the type is aluminum-plastic compound conduit （HFJ2-4-125-350）
4、The cost of the safety sliding line will not be included in the whole equipment.
5、This unloading machine is applicable for double-side discharge and the spiral laminas are treated with 16-manganese steel for hardening and tempering.
6、The cart running adopts the Siemens original binding transducer with 0-18m/min stepless timing.
7、The machine could be either bi-directional or uni-directional discharge the material, and the latter only requires one belt conveyor. |
