Technical requirements of stocker |
1The primer of the whole machine is coated with iron-red anticorrosive varnish twice and the color of the finishing coat depends on the requirements of the clients. The weight tray and the running mechanism cover shall both be painted with safety mark (chute alternating with yellow and black colors).
2.After the installation of the roller and the carrier roller, they shall rotate flexibly without any lock or touch.
3.The balance weight is subject to the debugging and the principle is to ensure the realization of the idle amplitude movement. The automatic arm support pitch-up is at any time prohibited in any position.
4.The arm support joint saddle shall firstly be equipped with the arm support, after flexible adjustment, it experiences the spot welding with the upright post and the two sides of each saddle are welded at the same time.
5.After the installation of the electric equipments, they must accord with the technical performance requirements.
6.The lighting equipments shall be configured according to the clients’ practical conditions.
7. Plate shall be set at the obvious place for the machine and the size and technical requirements shall meet with the JB8-82 stipulation.
8.This machine could work together with reclaimer on the same line without conflict.
9.This stocker could adopt the high gantry. |

| 取料技術要求 |
1.The machine is the reclaiming equipment driven by the coal and each unit is composed by 2 or 3 machines. The whole machine is sprayed with red lead primer and saffron finishing coat. The running mechanism and the cover shall both be painted with safety mark (chute alternating with yellow and black colors)
2.The turning and lift mechanism shall, as required by the crane machinery safety criterion, be installed with two types of safety curb equipments; the turning mechanism is installed at the right and left turning limit places and the lift mechanism at the lowest and highest position of the reclaimer. The turning mechanism belongs to the same type of the stocker and the maintenance spare parts are common and interchangeable.
3.While debugging the back balance weight of the hoist arm support, the head of which shall be tightened by steel wire for safety sake and prevent the weight exceeds the limit and cause the support turning accident. Attention shall also be given to the lift current in the debugging.
4.Except indicated in the figure, the safety platform and the stairs could be added according to the onsite practical operation requirement.
5.After the installation of the rotation gear ring and the platform, 5-ton load shall be added for commissioning, when it’s proved to be completely normal, the drive room and arm support could be installed.
6.The shell of the driver's room is intergrated with the stander and the inner structure, decoration, affiliated equipments shall be determined according to the user's requirements and the onsite situation.
7.The machine shall set the plate in obvious position and the content of which shall be otherwise determined. Its size and technical requirements shall meet with the stipulations in JB8-82.
8.The cart power supply adopts the safety sliding line.
9.The gauge 4500-6000 could be automatically adjusted according to the clients’ requirements.
10.When the arm is 20m, the equipment is 41 ton, when 25, the equipment is 45 ton and when 30m, the equipment is 51 ton (balance weight not included) |
