1、The electric source is the supplied by soft wire to manipulate the equipments.
2、When the handspike baffle of the swing feeder rises to push the coal slot flashboard, lock and fix it with the handspike handle to prevent the fall during the working of the baffle.
3、When the feeder is charging the materials, tighten the rail clamping device with the rail channel to prevent the digression of the feeder.
4、Drill the ф80 hole on the frame steel plate according to the detailed position of the rail clamping device’s grease cup in installation.
5、When installing the retaining switch, install and fix it on the frame according to the general figure (11F219-2) and the retaining switch assembly figure (11f240-92).
6、When the strobe is started, if one side of the feeder driver is found to be placed with the heavy things, then the wheel pressure shall be increased to reduce the sliding phenomenon.
7 、When the feeder is assembled, weld the electric switch box on the frame. |
